I did a soul retrieval with Cliff my holistic coach because I didn’t feel complete. 

You hear people saying ‘I lost myself or my soul was lost’ after a certain experience or happening’. In ‘soul retrieval’ meaning getting back all your souls. The souls you loose because of hurtful or painful experience. I wrote down every bad memory in my life. After the soul retrieval I felt all my souls came back in my body. I felt complete, one again. I felt stronger then ever. 

 

How it works

A few days before you will receive a notebook, Crystal, daily Alchemy Crystal sound meditation. You will start writing all the bad memories you have from small until now. The memories will come up while you are writing. You might be asking yourself if you will remember all the memories. The memories which come up are the ones you need to remember.
